Her path to this work was not academic. It began with her own experience of doing everything she was told would lead to success — and finding that something essential was still missing. That question — what actually shapes how people lead, relate, and perform? — became the foundation of Origin of Wisdom.
Her conviction is simple and observable: the beliefs people carry shape the behavior they produce, and the behavior they produce shapes the organizations they build. Change the belief, and you change the organization.
Zach Ho
Co-Founder · Marketing Director · Lead Trainer/CoachZach Ho is the co-founder of Origin of Wisdom and a lead facilitator of both SEEDS Leadership and Money SEEDS. His facilitation style is direct, engaging, and results-oriented — bringing energy and precision to every program he leads. His clients include Public Mutual Berhad, Sen Heng Electric, and Berjaya University College.

Origin of Wisdom was founded in 2016 by Dr. Rain Annie Lim, with co-founders Zach Ho and Cath Khoo. The company was created with a clear observation: most training programs deliver insights but few create lasting change. The reason is that they intervene at behavior, not at the belief beneath the behavior.
Origin of Wisdom is a Canadian-based company serving corporations, SMEs, government agencies, and educational institutions — with a strong presence in both Toronto and Kuala Lumpur, and programs delivered internationally.
In 2026, Origin of Wisdom marks its tenth year. Over that decade: 2,000+ graduates globally, programs delivered across four continents, and a track record that spans finance, healthcare, education, and entrepreneurship.
