Facilitator Development Program

A 5-day program for leaders, trainers, and change agents who want to bring the OoW experiential method inside their organization — and develop others using the same approach.

Leaders and trainers who carry the work forward.

The Facilitator Development Program is for leaders, HR professionals, internal trainers, coaches, and organizational change agents who have experienced the OoW methodology and want to facilitate it within their own organizations — or build a career facilitating it more broadly.

Participants do not just learn how to run exercises. They develop the full facilitation capacity — how to hold space, how to read a room, how to guide the belief-change process with different kinds of people and different kinds of resistance.

  • —5-day intensive, 9am–6pm, corporate version
  • —Application-based — limited cohort per intake
  • —Prerequisite: SEEDS Leadership experience
  • —Conducted internationally — cohorts in Canada and Malaysia
  • —Full facilitation certification upon completion

So the method transfers, and doesn’t depend on us.

The goal of this program is organizational independence. Every organization that has experienced the power of the OoW methodology eventually reaches a point where they want to grow the capacity internally — and stays there.

Facilitator Development trains people to hold the same space that OoW facilitators hold — not by copying techniques, but by having experienced the same transformation the participants they will serve will go through. You cannot guide people somewhere you have not been.

Experience the method. Then learn to facilitate it.

1

Presence as the Foundation

Guiding individuals and groups requires emotional steadiness, self-awareness, and the capacity to stay regulated under pressure. The program builds the inner foundation that supports confident, grounded facilitation.

2

WISE Facilitation Techniques

Participants learn Rain’s facilitation techniques — commanding a room with presence, guiding sharings with clarity, using storytelling to bring insight to life, creating and facilitating experiential activities, leading impactful debriefs, and guiding participants to integrate their experiences into meaningful understanding.

3

Facilitating as a Team

Running powerful programs requires collaboration. Participants learn to work effectively within a facilitation team — clarity of roles, communication, and flow — leading while staying connected to the collective.

4

Designing Experiences That Create Impact

Structuring programs intentionally, guiding group energy, creating flow from beginning to end, and setting up the room — physically and atmospherically — to support safety, engagement, and depth. Participants develop the ability to respond in the moment while staying aligned to the program’s intention.

5

Standing in Your Value

Confident facilitation and sustainable delivery. Participants bring awareness to the patterns that shape how they hold and communicate their value, and build the capacity to deliver with confidence and steadiness.

Prerequisite: All applicants must have completed the SEEDS Leadership program and have at least 2 years of experience in a people-development, leadership, training, or coaching role. Applications are reviewed individually. Contact us to begin the conversation.

Internal capacity to develop your people.

Graduates leave with the capacity to develop people within their organization long after the program ends — facilitators who can reveal the belief beneath a behavior, guide a group through practice, stay present with what arises, and integrate change into daily work.

Presence and emotional steadiness — the capacity to hold a room, respond to what arises, and guide without controlling.

WISE facilitation techniques — commanding a room with presence, storytelling, experiential design, and impactful debriefs.

Team facilitation skills — working effectively within a co-facilitation team, with clarity of roles and connected delivery.

Experience design — structuring programs with intentional flow, from opening to integration, so the learning holds beyond the room.

Build the capacity to develop your own people.
