There is an invisible power running our lives everyday. What do we mean by that? For example, if we didn’t remind you that you are breathing, are you aware of it? Our subconscious does the breathing for us, similarly, our driving, walking and eating too.

Imagine our subconscious as a garden, and imagine everything we have heard, seen, experienced and learned when we were little children as the seeds.

The seeds eventually grew into trees that bared fruits.

Some of these fruits are called “I’m Awesome”, “I’m Brilliant” and “I’m Powerful”, while some are called “I’m weak”, “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t look good”. We don’t know what kind of fruits we have more in our garden. The only indication we have is by looking at our wealth, our health condition, our career and our relationship with the people around us.
